1. Is the quality the same with Kodak and Epson ?
Although our quality already got very good feedback from our clients , But we should admit that there still have certain difference between Kodak.Epson and ours ,mainly differ in the base paper ,coating , production technology .This problem exist in the whole industry in China .
But, we are making efforts in improving the quality all the time , nowadays, with the importing of high-tech equipment and the change of coating and production technology,for the cast coated paper ,almost all of world are using chinese paper .And RC paper are obtaining more and more market in the whole world, we firmly believe that our paper will replace Kodak and Epson in the future !
2.Are you the manufacturer ?
Yes, We are a professional manufacturer of inkjet photo paper . Our factory is in Anhui province,covers business in pulp–base paper–coating–cutting–finished products .

3.Why my printer can not feed yourphoto paper ? photo paper
There are 2 main reasons: photo paper
a.The printer is too old to use,or there are many dusts and paper scraps in the pickup roller.
If yes,please clean it with alcohol. photo paper
b.The coating problem.To find out the answer,we should know that are all the paper can not be fed into
the printer or only several sheets in one pack? photo paper
4.Is photo paper waterproof? photo paper
"Water-proof" means that the paper drys immediately after printing,and when you put a few drops of water on the paper and wipe them, it won\’t affect the picture. The paper can not be soak in the water.But except RC photo paper,the real RC paper could soak in the water for a few hours. p

5.Do you provide free photo paper in sheets samples?Who pays for the shipping cost?

6. The sheets is not enough in one pack of yourphoto paper ?
