A: Our company offices and factory are located in Hangzhou City of China. MLK is our own BRAND.
Q-03: What's your main Products on sale?
A: Our main Products including all types of Digital Printers,Sublimation printers, DTF
Printers,DTG printers, Sublimation Inks, DTF Films, other Spare Parts and Accessories, etc..
Q-04: How to cooperate with MLK?
A: Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB,CIF,EXW,Express Delivery; Accepted Payment Currency:
USD,EUR,CNY; Accepted Payment Type: By T/T 100% of Order value in advance, or 30%-50% of order
value as deposit, with balance paid before delivery.
Q-05: Do you have the products in stock?
A: Yes, we have some stock of printers and consumables ready to ship. However usually we need to do
the testing and technical maintenance before delivery. Nowadays more and more customers place order to our factory,
of which the output production is not enough to match customers’ demands.
Therefore we require MOQ and will confirm the time Schedule for your order of bulk production.
Q-06: Can I mix different models in one container shipment?
A: Yes. We can arrange production and delivery with Different models mixed in 1*20’GP Or 1*40’HQ container,
including all types of Printers and Inks or PET Films and Spare Parts all workable.
Q-07: What's the delivery time?
A: Normally we will do the delivery within 15-30 days after payment. However, in the forms of OEM
production, it usually takes about 30-90 days to arrange production. But the exact delivery time may
be different for different orders or at different time. Please contact us to confirm.
Q-08: How does your factory do the quality control?
A: High quality printers always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end
of the production workflow.Every product is fully assembled at our advanced workshops and, are carefully
tested before packaging for shipment.
Q-09: What's your warranty terms? How can we guarantee quality?
A: Quality is priority. We promise each customer with warranty by 1 Year after sale(except for Printhead of printer).
Different warranty time is issued for different products. In order to make sure right quality to our customers,
we always arrange a pre-production sample before mass production and make final Inspection before shipment.
