Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory, so we have better price than trading company.
Q2. Can we get some samples? Any charges?
Yes, you can get available samples in our stock which is free , but freight collected.
Sample charge is only for customized design, which will be returned for order above US$8,000.
Q3. What format design file you want for printing?
Al; PDF; CDR; PSD; EPS.
Q4. Can you help with the design?
Yes, we have professional designers to help you.
Q5. What's the trade term and payment term?
Trade term: FOB,EXW,CFR,CIF,DDU
Payment term :30% or 40% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T,L/C.

Q6. May I have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation.
Q7. How long can I get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery
in 7-10days. The samples will be sent to your via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
Q8. What about the lead time?
It depends on the products.
Standard lead time: 30~50working days; Busy time: 60~80 working days.
